A memorial fund has been created in the name of 21-year-old Me'Chelle Lynn Harden and her 1-year-old baby girl Paisley Arianna Winkler after their passing in an accident on Friday afternoon in Evans County. The accident happened around 4:10 p.m. on Highway 129 and Kennedy Bridge Road involving two vehicles.
