A 28-year-old Kaneohe woman suffered critical head injuries after a motorcycle crash on Likelike Highway Tuesday afternoon, Honolulu police said.

According to paramedics, a female in her 20's was riding her motorcycle on the Likelike Highway near Gulick Avenue when she crashed around 3:30 p.m.
