Aaron Collins, 39, killed, after his car collides with another, driven by Wesley Faasavalu, 24, and is then hit again by a jeep, on the Farrington Highway in Nanakuli.

The medical examiner’s office has identified the man who was killed in a three-car crash in Nanakuli Sunday as 39-year-old Aaron Collins of Waianae.

Police say Collins was driving on Farrington Hwy. near Auyong Homestead Rd. when a Lexus heading the opposite way crossed the center line and slammed into Collins’ Chevy, which was then hit by a Jeep.

Collins died at the scene.

The driver of the Lexus, 24-year-old Wesley Faasavalu, was arrested for negligent homicide and released pending investigation.
