Boise couple killed in Arrowrock crash, friend reacts
Despite the fact that investigators say alcohol and speed were a factor, friends of the couple still want more protection along a road that's known to be dangerous.

Search crews found the vehicle upside down, submerged under about 30 feet of water.
Isaac and Jenny Hunter of Boise, along with their dog, were killed Saturday when they took a corner too fast on Arrowrock Road and crashed into the Arrowrock Reservoir. The Boise County Sherrif's offiece revealed that Isaac Hunter's blood alcohol content was .20, which is more than double the legal limit, at the time of the crash. Speed was also apparently a factor.
