66-year-old pedestrian hospitalized after he was struck by a car while crossing State Street in Boise, Idaho

A 20-year-old male from Washington, UT, was driving a 2005 Toyota Corolla eastbound on State St. A 66-year-old male from Boise, ID, was attempting to cross from the north side of State St. to the south side of State St., between N Clithero Dr. and N Vine St., on foot. The pedestrian ran in front of the Toyota and was struck.
