Idaho woman dies after crash on Highway 55

CALDWELL, Idaho - Idaho State Police are investigating a deadly two vehicle crash on Highway 55 at milepost 7.6 in Canyon County. No one in Loucks' car was wearing a seatbelt, and one passenger in Estrada-Hernandez' vehicle was wearing a seatbelt. Two juvenile passengers and three passengers from Loucks' vehicle were transported to St. Idaho State Police say Melissa Loucks, 39, of Marsing, was northbound in a 2012 Ford Fusion. Highway 55 was blocked for several hours.
