1 dead, 3 injured in highway crash

The driver of the SUV, identified as William R. Pattin of Bayview, along with his two passengers, Jacqueline Pattin of Athol, and Jennifer Kirby of Spokane, were injured in the accident and taken to a local hospitals.

One Idaho woman was killed and three people suffered injuries in a highway crash on US 95 on Friday at 2:30 p.m. One vehicle crashed into another while trying to merge onto the roadway. According to the crash investigation, Patricia McCoy, of Priest River, failed to yield to traffic while entering the highway and was hit by an SUV. The crash sent both vehicles off the roadway. McCoy died at the crash site.
