UPDATE: Multi-vehicle fatality crash leads to highway being shut down, all lanes now open, names released
Idaho State Police has released the names of those involved in the accident including Delbert Higley, 68, of Emmett, who was driving a 2014 Dodge Ram 3500. Higley succumbed to his injures at the scene.
