Three died following a head-on collision on Route 30 near Big Rock, Illinois

The Kane County Sheriff's Office says that 55-year-old Jaime Bibiano, of Waterman, was heading west on Route 30 in a Honda Civic when he passed a vehicle in a no passing zone. Bibiano's vehicle hit an eastbound motorcycle head-on driven by 56-year-old Scott Luczynski, of Elburn.
