The driver was not issued any citations, police said.
59-year-old Robert Kirn was riding his bicycle on Route 394 at about 7:49 p.m. when he attempted to cross all lanes of traffic and was hit by a vehicle heading north. He was transported to the hospital where he was eventually pronounced dead. At this time the driver does not appear to be at fault.
