Woman, 77, killed in Ingleside crash

A 77-year-old woman was killed in a crash in north suburban Ingleside.Lake County Sheriff's deputies responded to a crash involving two vehicles on Route 59 near Wilson Road around 8:50 a.m. Wednesday.Investigators said Jaclynn E. Vos, 77, was heading west on Route 59 in a 1998 Subaru Outback. She was pronounced dead at the scene.The driver of the Chevrolet was rushed to Centegra Northern Illinois Medical Center in McHenry. The Subaru struck a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic.Vos, of the 39800-block of North Long Drive in Antioch, was not wearing a seatbelt, authorities said. The crash remains under investigation.
