Witnesses say a woman was getting into a vehicle with another elderly woman in the handicapped spot in front of the restaurant when the car jumped the curb and crashed into the restaurant.
Someone inside the IHOP was pinned under the vehicle and later transported to Resurrection Hospital. They were last listed in serious condition.
