Officials say Pray crossed the centerline into the northbound lane when she collided with a Ford pickup that was driven by 65-year-old Ronald J. Ferris, of Savanna, Illinois. Another northbound vehicle, driven by 21-year-old Manuel Beltran, also of Savanna, also hit Pray's vehicle.
