One fatality in two-vehicle crash in Carroll County
The Carroll County Sheriff's Office says around 11:30 a.m. on April 26, 2017 a westbound car crossed the center line and collided with a van on Highway 52/Rt. 64 west of Stonebridge Rd.
UPDATE: One Person Killed in Head-On Crash in Carroll County
The driver of the westbound car which crossed the center line into oncoming traffic was 61-year-old Brian Manning of Naperville. He died of his injuries at Freeport Memorial Hospital.
The driver of the eastbound vehicle is 56-year-old Alan Adkins of DeKalb. He was also transported by ambulance to Freeport Memorial Hospital, but his condition has not been released.
