According to a news release from Leffler, a family member said Kiselewski was taking the twin girls, his granddaughters, to get ice cream Friday evening.
Three were killed in a two-car head on collision Friday on Illinois 148, just south of the Franklin/Jefferson County line, and one six-year-old twin was airlifted to the hospital. The names of the deceased who were involved in the accident are Richard Kiselewski, 75, Sierra Hess, 6, and TJay Klamm, 19,.
