5-year-old boy killed, and multiple people injured in rollover car wreck on US Route 45 in Saline County, Illinois

Illinois State Police is investigating a deadly crash in Saline County that killed a 5 year-old boy Saturday night. A 5 year-old boy died at the scene. William Schell, 41, was a front seat passenger. Schell and a 3 year-old girl were taken to a local hospital. Troopers say Sarah Schell, 35, of New Burnside, Illinois, was driving southbound on US Route 45, just south of Alexander Road, when she left the road.
