Cyclist killed in crash with car
Officers say 29-year-old Richard Bowen of Marion was driving west on Sycamore Road when he allegedly hit a cyclist who was going eastbound.

Officers learned that Richard Bowen, 29, of Marion, was driving a vehicle westbound on Sycamore Road when he struck Mann, who was traveling eastbound on a bicycle.
