State police report a SUV driven by 51-year-old Kenneth Thomas of Peoria was traveling northbound on I-57 when Thomas suffered a medical episode, and his vehicle left the roadway to the right. The unit crossed through a ditch, went through several fences, and eventually struck a tree located on the property of a residence along Blomberg Road in Kinmundy.
