According to Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Clinton County dispatch received a 911 call around 5:44 p.m. March 4 in the 300 block of North Meridian Street. Officials arrived on scene to find 59-year-old Timothy Valenta of Colfax, unresponsive inside a ORV. Valenta was pronounced dead.
