Robert C. Bonee, 38, was pronounced dead at the scene from multiple blunt-force injuries, Clark County Coroner Terry Conway said in a statement.
Taxi driver killed in Middle Road wreck
Robert C. Bonee, a 38-year-old taxi cab driver from Louisville, was killed during a one-vehicle wreck along Middle Road in Jeffersonville Monday night. The accident occurred around 11 p.m.
One person was killed and another was taken to an area hospital after a multi-vehicle wreck Monday night. Two vehicles crashed in the 3600 block of Middle Road at 11:50 p.m. When emergency crews arrived on the scene they discovered one of the drivers had died. The other person was taken to University of Louisville Hospital. Police have not released the identities of either person involved. The cause of the crash is under investigation.
