Sixteen-year-old Bailey Carty of Paoli was pronounced dead after she was found underneath an overturned ATV which she had been riding in the 2700 block of E. CR 100 North around 5 p.m. Medics performed CPR at the scene, but were unable to resuscitate the girl.
