Five injured in a rear-end collision involving a minivan and a box truck on the Indiana Toll Road in St. Joseph County, Indiana

Shortly after 8 p.m., state troopers responded to a crash with serious injuries on the Indiana Toll Road. The initial investigation revealed a 53-year-old from the United Kingdom was driving a minivan westbound near mile-marker 76.8 when he began to slow down at the Notre Dame exit.
