Emergency responders pulled a man from his truck during a fiery head-on collision Monday on Iowa Highway 141 near Grimes. At about 9:32 p.m., a Polk County Sheriff's deputy responded to a two-car crash in the 11800 block of Highway 141, according to a sheriff's office report.
