An investigation into a single-vehicle accident Monday afternoon, resulted in an arrest. The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office reports 56-year-old Robert Laverne Newell, Jr., of Red Oak, was arrested following the accident, which occurred west of Red Oak, at 200th Street and Fernwood Avenue.
