Iowa man run over by forklift released from hospital

Authorities say an Iowa man injured after being run over by a forklift at a Storm Lake business has been released from the hospital.
Douglas Knoke was walking near a large forklift in the Meridian Manufacturing parking lot when the machinery struck him and knocked him to the ground before running over him. He was airlifted to Mercy Medical Center-Sioux City. The extent of his injuries was unreleased. He has since been released from the hospital.
