Walter Lee Wynia, 18, died from his injuries following a vehicle accident at the intersection of Fairway Drive and Golf Course Road in Rock Valley, Iowa

Officers arriving on the scene determined that a 2015 Subaru WRX was traveling north on Golf Course Road when it failed to negotiate a right turn at the intersection and left the roadway, striking a tree and a private residence.
