James E. Arms, 32, and Lavonda J. Flannery, 45, killed in collision with semi truck on Louisville Road in Edmonson County, Kentucky

A 1999 Chevrolet car driven by James E. Arms, 32, of Park City, was traveling south on Louisville Road when it left the right shoulder. Arms overcorrected, causing the vehicle to rotate counter-clockwise across the center line and into the path of a tractor-trailer driven by Stefanee Dawkins, 26, of Scottsdale, Ga.
