A 16-year-old girl died and a man was seriously injured Saturday in a one-car crash in Johnson County. Sara Shepherd of Paintsville was pronounced dead at Paul B. Hall Regional Medical Center in Paintsville, Johnson County Coroner J.R. Frisby said.
