Kentucky State Police say Clyde M. Oliver, 75, of Sandy Hook, suffered fatal injuries in a single vehicle accident near Peters Hill Road in Elliott County Thursday. According to Elliott County Coroner Steven Whitt, the crash happened at around 1:30 Thursday afternoon.
