Troopers investigate fatal crash in Carter County, Ky.
Troopers said a minivan was turning left and the driver failed to observe a motorcycle traveling eastbound. Troopers said Terry Johnson, 43 of Morehead was operating the motorcycle and Tonya was a passenger. Troopers said Terry attempted to dodge the minivan but the motorcycle was hit in its front-left fender.
