KSP reports Brian Harmon, 32, of Greenup, Kentucky, was hit when turning his vehicle left from Horn Hollow onto the industrial Parkway.
The impact of the crash was on Harmon’s driver’s side door.

As a result, Brian Harmon was pronounced deceased on scene by Greenup County Coroner Neil Wright. Mr. Ronald Harmon (39) was a passenger in Ford Focus and sustained serious injuries. He was transported to Cabell-Huntington Hospital where he remains in critical condition.
