Blake Hammond, 23, was operating a 1997 Chevrolet Silverado and was headed northbound on Kentucky 3 when he saw a pedestrian walking in the roadway. He attempted to avoid the man, but the right front bumper of the vehicle struck Christopher Mullett, 39, of Louisa, causing multiple injuries.
