One Person Dead After Crash in Elliot County, Ky.
Trooper Justin Reynolds, Elliott County Sheriff’s Office and Elliott County EMS responded to the scene. They found Chad Sansom, 23 of Russell was traveling south bound in a black dodge pickup, when he crossed the center line and struck a gray Chevy Cruze driven by Marsha Harper, 50 of Olive Hill.
