Road reopens following double-fatal accident in Lawrence County, Ky.
The accident occurred about 6:30 a.m. Wednesday on Ky. Route 645 at the U.S. 23 intersection near Lomansville. Emergency Management officials said two people have died in a two-vehicle accident.
