Jimmy Carden, 44, of Fordsville, is facing serious charges after a car crash in Ohio County Tuesday night. His passenger, Danny Jackson, 51, of Reynolds Station, died at the scene. The accident happened around midnight on October 21 at Old Leitchfield Road and Zion Church Road. Neither person was wearing a seatbelt. When police arrived, Carden had already left the scene. Carden is charged with leaving the scene, DUI, wanton endangerment, and murder and is being held at the Ohio County Detention Center.
