Deputy, Dunmor man won't walk for months after Monday collision

Both men suffered multiple broken bones, and both will be unable to walk for months.
Deputy Sheriff Brandon Harvey was driving in his marked patrol car on U.S. 431 when a FedEx van reportedly stopped in front of him to make a turn into a driveway. To avoid hitting the van, Harvey turned into the southbound lane and struck another vehicle head-on. The driver of the other vehicle, Darrell Boatwright, 72, was injured and flown by helicopter to a medical center in Nashville. Harvey was taken by ambulance to a local hospital.
