Two children were injured after their family's horse-and-buggy collided with a cement truck in Casey County. The two injured girls were flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center where they are doing well. Casey County Deputy Sheriff Chad Weddle says the horse reared up at the approach of the cement mixer and went in front of it. He rushed to the scene on state Route 910 where he says the horse-and-buggy had been carrying two young girls, a baby boy and their father.
