Second person dies in Bath County crash
The Fayette County coroner says a second person has died in a crash in Bath County. The crash happened around 12:30pm on U.S. 60 near the Montgomery County line, on Friday.

William Key, 64, of Sharpsburg was driving a Jeep westbound on U.S. 60 in Bath County when his vehicle struck a plank fence, according to a Kentucky State Police news release. Key died at the scene. One of Key's passengers, Diana Day, 64, was taken to St Joseph Hospital in Mount Sterling and then transferred to the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington, where she died, coroner and police officials said.
