Lexington cardiologist identified as bicyclist killed in Bourbon Co. crash
The Bourbon County coroner has identified the victim as Dr. David Cassidy. Cassidy was a 62-year-old cardiologist who practiced in Lexington.

VanMeter said Cassidy spent many years in Lexington serving Central and Eastern Kentucky. Cassidy also had a long-standing affiliation with St. Joseph Hospital, he said.
