The preliminary investigation revealed that Alex Fabian Lopez Entzin, age 23 of Russell Springs, was traveling south on US 127 in a 2013 Ford Escape when he met a 2022 GMC Terrain traveling north on US 127. The two vehicles collided in a head-on manner on US 127.
