Madelynn Troutt, 17, killed and Michael Dewitt, 28, charged with murder in wrong-way collision on Dixie Highway in Louisville, Kentucky

Police said Michael Dewitt, 28, is charged with murder, leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid, among other charges.

“Madelynn was a special girl. Her smile lit up the room and she had a huge heart and a big impact. And we just want to tell everybody thank you,” Chris Troutt, a family member said.
