Officer Zachary Cottongim killed when struck by vehicle on Interstate-64 in Louisville, Kentucky

Officer Zachary Cottongim, LMPD First Division, was struck while outside his patrol car assisting with inspecting a vehicle that had been involved in an accident at the Mellwood Avenue exit near the overpass where Payne Street crosses over I-64.
