The driver of the minivan, a maroon 2007 Dodge Grand Caravan, was identified as 50-year-old James Johnson of Fulton, Ky. He was also pronounced dead at the scene. The passenger in the minivan, 67-year-old Carla Watson, was taken to an area hospital where she later died.
