During the investigation, Deputies discovered the Dodge operated by Joshua Howie of Almo, Kentucky stopped with his hazard lights activated to assist the stalled vehicle. At the same time a Silver Chevy Silverado operated by Micah Dismukes of Dothan, Alabama swerved to miss the stalled vehicle and collided with Howie’s vehicle.
