Mayfield Man Injured in Crash With Deer
Graves County Sheriff Dewayne Redmon said deputies responded at around 4:30 am to a single-vehicle crash on State Route 131 in the Hickory area. The investigation showed 28-year-old year old Carl A. Garrigus of Mayfield was traveling north on State Route 131 when a deer ran across the road in front of his vehicle. Garrigus’ vehicle struck the deer causing his airbag to deploy.
