Unrestrained 9-year old girl dies in Iberville Parish two vehicle crash
Investigators say the crash occured as Tommie Killough, 27, of Livonia, was traveling southbound on LA 75 and attempted to pass a vehicle driven by Courtney Alvarez, 34, of Plaquemine, in a no passing zone.

There were seven juveniles and two adults in the Honda, Lee said. The driver — Tommie Killough, 29, of Livonia — faces counts of negligent homicide, multiple child restraint violations, passing in a no passing zone, and driving under suspension.
