The preliminary investigation revealed a 2011 GMC pick-up truck, driven by Nathan L. Henry, age 19, of Monroe, was westbound on LA 34. For reasons still under investigation, Henry crossed the center line and struck an eastbound 2007 Toyota passenger car, driven by Lawrence C. Durham, 69, of West Monroe, Louisiana.
