The accident occurred on Crooked Bayou near Dularge. One of the vessels was piloted by Jonathan Conner of Mandeville, who is currently in ICU at Thibodaux Regional Medical Center, according to a department spokesman. His passenger, Daniel Conner, was transported to Terrebonne General Medical Center after the accident. He is in stable condition. Capt. Travis Miller said he and other area anglers saw the victims getting evacuated by medical helicopter. Riders on the other boat were uninjured. The only names he had for them were Mr. and Mrs. Duet of Thibodaux. Agents don't suspect drugs or alcohol to have contributed to the accident.
