Woman dead after car collides with tree in Tulane-Gravier area, New Orleans police say(link is external)

The woman was driving a Ford sedan eastbound on Bienville Street just past its intersection with North Galvez Street(link is external) when she drove across the neutral ground, through the westbound lanes of Bienville and eventually hit a tree, police said.
