Woman dead after car collides with tree in Tulane-Gravier area, New Orleans police say

The woman was driving a Ford sedan eastbound on Bienville Street just past its intersection with North Galvez Street when she drove across the neutral ground, through the westbound lanes of Bienville and eventually hit a tree, police said.
