Slidell man killed in single-vehicle crash on I-10 Service Road

No one else was in the car, Bonnett said, and no other vehicles were involved in the crash. Investigators believe Gibbs was speeding, he said.
At around 1:00am, a single-car rollover left Kyle Gibbs ejected from his vehicle and dead at the scene. Gibbs was not wearing a seat belt, and investigators speculate that he was likely speeding at the time of the crash. No one else was involved in the crash.
